Are you looking for a (temporary) place to rent? We are happy to help you sort out your specific wishes and show you around potentially suitable properties.

If there is currently nothing to your taste on our website, we will actively find the right home for you. B&F Makelaar works with a broad network of other real estate agents in the region and can therefore quickly present a wide selection from which you will surely be able to choose a great place to live. In most cases, we charge a fixed brokerage fee for our services. This will buy you complete relief of all practical worries: we will search for suitable properties and make viewing appointments, during which we will, of course, provide further guidance and assistance. When you have found the right place, we will take care of the negotiations to achieve the best price and conditions for you. We will also check the rental agreement and arrange for a thorough check-in together with you and the landlord. Lastly, we can also help you with signing up for gas, water, electricity, internet and TV. After all, you are our customer!

Renting out your property

Do you have a house or apartment that you would like to rent out, either temporarily or for a prolonged time, and are you looking for a suitable tenant? We would love to help out! We are happy to come by for a free consultation without any obligations, in order to get acquainted and discuss the various possibilities. After that, we will register the property on Funda and Pararius, and on our own website, of course. We will also promote it on social media and share it with our large network of real estate agents in the region of The Hague.

In most cases, we charge a fixed brokerage fee for our services. This will buy you complete relief of all practical worries: we will place your property up for rent through the appropriate channels, handle viewing appointments and arrange a thorough selection and screening of potential candidates. We will also draw up the rental agreement and perform the final check-in and check-out, after which we’ll provide you with detailed inspection reports, including photos.
